Putting Together Furniture

chickenmonkey13 and alive49 and had fun. Afterwards, chickenmonkey13 was wonderful enough to come back to my house to put together my IKEA bookcase and small chest/stand. He's always very helpful with this sort of task! The new furniture looks great!:D I'm filling them up now. I don't have much space and have way too much space so this will help a lot. I still have a lot of organizing to do tonight, but I already feel better with the progress I have made. Now I just have to take down the drapery in the living room and put up the colorful sheer fabric things I have to replace the old things... And I need to put shades in, since they are cheaper than blinds, and right now there are just sheer white fabrics torn to shreds by Lucrezia. I really miss Lucrezia:-( For now my mother's cat (formerly my now-deceased grandfather's cat) Gretchen is living here with me and Mrs. Bates. Gretchen can be a bully to the other animals and she's better off here. Mrs. Bates is pretty hearty compared to our other animals. She seems to have acclimated to the new housemate.
