Journey through Faerieland

Tonight Michael and I went to the ballet to see some short dances and then Act 2 of Swan Lake. Someday we will have to see Swan Lake in its entirety. It was fun, though, and very beautiful and magical. I really liked the first dance, as well as Swan Lake. It makes me wish I could take adult ballet classes again, but that's too expensive right now. I wore my Chinese light blue dress. Now I've eaten a bit and will have a few cookies, watch Hime-chan's Ribbon, and then go to bed soon. It was a nice evening.

Still worried about Joey. I hope that the wart thing doesn't get bigger and if it has to be removed it's just a singular problem instead of them finding other stuff (cancer) in his organs or something. I'm hoping that they'd be able to chop it off and be done with it and if it is cancerous it hasn't spread. I haven't even been able to see it yet because it's far in his ear and he won't sit still. My mother knows what it looks like, though, so she can help me check it. I wouldn't be good at judging whether it had grown, anyway, because I'm bad at estimating sizes. It's depressing to think about, though... I'm so glad I took him to the vet when I did, but I'm hoping I didn't wait too long (but they wouldn't have run x-rays or anything until this growth was visible, anyways, and if it's new and growing it might have popped up visibly only recently).

I think today we are going to the College of Dupage where we're going to see if they have Michael's FAFSA information and he may have to fill out some stuff on that, and we'll go to their box office to buy the ballet tickets for Swan Lake. Maybe we'll also go to Best Buy or some other electronics store. I will search for pink cameras, though I won't buy (and that's not the reason we'd go).

I'm hoping to cheer up as the day goes on.
