I really, really hope they both live! I hate deaths on television shows for some reason:-/ And Izzy is my favorite character. I relate to her best.

At first I thought for sure they are both dead but now I am not so sure. It seems like they are seeing each other in death but maybe not. Maybe only George dies. Maybe he is not really outside that elevator door when it opens and it was filmed that way to make us believe they are together.
