Despite the severe upset on Christmas night and afterwards, I felt better yesterday and today. I feel calm and relieved. I realize now everything is not my fault, like I felt it was for a long time. I am going to do some yoga soon. I outlined a painting and I've been reading. I also bought groceries today. I really wish I could find my ballet book... I am going to get started on the "real" painting tomorrow.

i am happy for you that you feel better. you should definitely do some yoga, it always helps me feel better, even when i feel especially bad.

You know what I really love? Yoga followed by some amazing Green Tea, The feeling is amazing. You should try it, I could just feel my body and spirit sort of mend itself after any upset or stress. :)

The only kind of tea I like is peppermint, but I am trying the yoga thing:)
