New Haircut, Narcissism

A few weeks ago I cut my hair for no reason other than I was annoyed. It looked pretty gross, really stringy and uneven and it was always getting knotted. Today I finally went to get it fixed, and the guy cut a lot off, but not nearly as much as I anticipated. I had really cut the front pretty short, but he left it longer in back. But it took an hour and fifteen minutes for me to get my haircut! The haircutter seemed seriously disturbed by my hair and kept trying to figure out what to do with the front/sides I'd butchered. I'm pretty sensitive about my appearance, but even I wasn't disturbed by my hair the way he was... My mother thought maybe he had OCD or something.

I want to get braces because I hate my overbite, but that is probably way too expensive. I could have had braces as a child, but I already felt ugly enough, so I said no.

Every time I see pictures of you, I am always amazed by how pretty you are. For some reason, your kind of beauty makes me think of a unicorn.

I like the hair, but because I am not a fan of layers, I am biased toward long, blunt cuts.

I have some tips to help it grow out faster, if you want. There are vitamins you can take and oils you can rub into the scalp.

I used to take biotin. What are the other ones?

Inositol is the other big one. You can also take Horsetail. The best topical oils are sea buckthorn oil and emu oil.

In a fit of rage, I almost cut mine off using a pair of scrapbooking scissors (they cut in weird designs). heh. Can you imagine what that would have looked like? Luckily, Phil was there to stop me.

I think so, yes. The only reason I don't want to say for sure is because around that same time (I think) a girl on my floor cut her very long hair very short, so I'm not 100% certain I'm not just remembering that. But I seem to recall Anna's explanation. In fact, thinking about it more, I'm quite sure I was around for that, as well:D

Your hair still looks pretty long to me...it's got that neat layered look now, though. And I like your shirt a lot too...I've got a green one with butterflies on it that is sort of similar. :)
