Today Went Well

Today was rather successful. I have a whole new bunch of library books and I worked on my painting a bit. I'll work on it more tomorrow (hopefully finish it!) I journaled and worked on my depression/anxiety workbook but didn't work on my short story:-( It's still really hard for me to organize my thoughts in a linear enough fashion to form a plot. I think I am still chronically anxious from something bad that happened over a year ago that I'm just starting to recover from. I wore my new shirt today that my friend gave as a gift:-) There is a locket I really wanted that's based around the story of Snow White. I always wanted a locket. It might be a bad decision financially but at least my doctor bills/prescription bills have lessened a lot. I have to be more careful though. I always get sucked into these "limited availability" things. They make me nervous. If I think something that I want might only go up in price or become mostly unavailable, I'm more likely to buy.

We just got done finishing the movie "All About Lily Chou-Chou" and the bullying in it made it very unpleasant in ways and upsetting, but I suppose it's fortunate I could not figure out what was going on most of the time. I did like structural elements of the film, however.
