Thank you, Simon!^__^

It turns out there was a slip in my mailbox dated 9/25, but I have not been checking my mail and my mom finally found it last night. asimont sent me a package all the way from Australia! Having only sent letters to Canada years ago, I had no idea what a pain it was to send packages half-way across the world. I've only sent packages within the U.S. I can tell just from the top of the box how complex it all isO.o He sent me a variety of sweet things, all which look delicious and I am sampling right now. I can't eat too many sweets at once or I get sick, so I'm just taking little bites to see what they are like. There were many beautiful things in there, my favorite being a little stuffed ballerina rabbit;-) I love rabbits; in fact, Usagi (the Japanese name of Sailor Moon) is Japanese for rabbit! And she currently is my icon. Many Australia-oriented things, which is neat, because I've never been out of the country nor talked to anyone from Australia (that I'm aware of) until starting a journal here. Now I must go to the grocery store to get milk and juice, among other things.
