Tired...

I've been really exhausted lately. I see the doctor tomorrow afternoon. I've been reading a memoir by a refugee girl from Afghanistan. It's interesting but obviously very depressing... It's part of my ESL tutor training. I am trying to get back to some semblance of a routine. I also didn't do art today, though I have something I have intended to do in that area the past couple of days. I just feel too tired right now... Art just feels like it requires so much movement at times, and it gets put off. Tomorrow I hope I will do it. My thoughts have been really slowed down too. I will probably go to bed early tonight to see if that helps with everything.
