Frustrations

I'm so frustrated. I have so many leaves to pick up and Michael can't help me. To get outside help would cost probably $150. I'm offering my brother money to help me (less than $150, obviously). I hate this situation. I have to go back to the dentist, too, because my filled tooth hurts
