I don't really feel like it, but I will probably start painting soon. It's always hard for me to transition activities. I finished reading a book and I went shopping with my mother (going back to the car when it was time to check out because that overloads me). I have some more library books to read, so I am going to try to do some more reading later, too. I was slightly anxious when I woke up, but Buspar seemed to take care of that (I take it every morning and night). I keep imagining conversations that I want to have with people and things I want to do with other people. I think I need more socializing:( At least April emailed me and she wants to see me soon. Hopefully Michael will be able to come to my house tomorrow. I prefer being in his company, of course, but I'm used to not being able to see him every day. Usually the first day without him is the hardest. I also intend to exercise tonight, as I didn't last night.
